I hate sounding like a Karen but this is super annoying. I purchased a pair of Ksubi jeans that are unwearable due to what appears to be faulty denim. Beyond the original “wanted” rips, random “unwanted” rips developed in the crutch, somewhat amusing at first but became embarrassing and awkward after two wears and no washes. These things happen but after four emails to customer support with photos and a reasonable request for assistance, I have not received a single response. No acknowledgement, no help — nothing.It’s pretty bad. I know they monitor the inbox because they responded a previous to shipping query. #ghosted
