I ordered a pair of jeans from Ksubi and relied on their official size chart, but what I received was completely off. The measurements do not match what’s advertised on the site, making the jeans unwearable. I live in Italy and can't try things on beforehand, so accurate sizing is crucial — and Ksubi failed miserably.To make things worse, I was charged unexpected customs duties that were not disclosed at checkout.
