Poor customer service! I made a purchase from the website as they were having a sale…unfortunately, I accidentally purchased the wrong size in a skirt. When I realized this (only 45 minutes later) I immediately sent a note via two different emails (customer service and through the shop ap) that I needed to cancel my order immediately before it got processed and explained my situation. Note that on the website in the sale section, some items stated in bold red that they were non refundable, no exchanges or returns. Some items did not have this…but it was written in their policy statement that all sale items had this restriction . This is very confusing and non of my items had the bold red. So in my 2 emails that I wrote within the hour- during AUS working hours- I pleaded to halt the transaction before it was processed and shipped. I wrote another note the very next morning. The response from customer (non) service was that there would be no cancellation, refund, exchange, or returns. I 100% respect company policies, if I were to have received my item and just did not like it, I get it. But I made a mistake that anyone else could make, caught it before it awas processed and shipped, and the CX team did not do anything to help. The item still has not even shipped and they refuse to help. They could have offered to process the size I needed instead… no lost money there… and they had it in stock. But no. No assistance, and literally zero empathy. It was a pre-scripted response. I will literally never buy here again and will be telling my friends who have been very interested in the company to stay away. some items showed in bright red that there were no refunds, exchanges or returns. So, I made a purchase of two sale items that did not have that stated in red. Little did I know that all sale items had this same policy.
