Katie is a great trainer and so supportive, as were the rest of the group in the chats.I'm really happy with what I was able to achieve in my time on the program and would not have been able to do it without the support, not just with the physical exercises but in all aspects of health.Great program and would highly recommend for anyone struggling to get that consistency
