I ordered 12 jars of skin cream totaling over $100. After waiting three weeks, I reached out and was told they were relocating and I should expect my order in 7 to 10 business days. After another three weeks, I requested a refund. They claimed it would be processed in five business days, but I never received it. When I called, the same representative insisted the refund had already been issued and that it couldn't be done twice. This was back in September 2025, and it's now January 2026. This is a scam; don't trust them.
