I'm still waiting for an order I placed on November 30th. I've emailed them numerous times, and their responses are filled with excuses about moving warehouses. They provided tracking info dated 12/26/25, but ten days later, it still says 'USPS is awaiting receipt of the item.' I can't get a clear answer on my order's status. RUN AWAY from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
