I waited three weeks for my order, only to receive nothing but lies and excuses about shipping delays, warehouse inspections, and moves. They kept promising to ship in 1-2 business days, only to delay again. They even told me my order was picked up by UPS, then backtracked the next day. My order was cancelled, and while I was told I'd be refunded, I still haven't seen it. As of 11/25/25, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and complaints with the BBB and FTC.
