Really tasty!

Decided to try a Kudu at my local boots and I have to say I much prefer the flavour to the usual protein gels that I use. Nice to find a gel that prioritises collagen as well. Will definitely be looking into a subscription.

Falsely advertising 50% off.

Edit after reading the reply from Kudu, which is an absolute lie. I'm a 50 year old woman with better things to do, I dont spam ads! I note that this company has also accused another user of spamming ads, further down the page.As stated, I commented on one targeted ad, they replied then deleted my comment. I commented again asking them to re-reply as I couldn't see the response, they replied and then deleted again. As I said, I have the screen shots. What a horrible untruthful response. So it seems what they mean is, it's 50% off the full price but only if you buy a subscription, which is already reduced. So it's not really 50% off a subscription. Perhaps a clearer answer when I first commented rather than rudeness might have achieved a better result for customer and business. Anyway, the product is also available in Boots, and there some other interesting reviews there. Please use the code on a subscription? After you accuse me of spamming ads? With this level of customer service? No thanks. What I also find quite astonishing, is that a company with only a handful of reviews since 2025, suddenly has 5 new positive reviews in the last 15 hours, coincidentally since they replied to my negative review. Original review: I was going to place an order after a targeted Facebook add that offered me 50% off my first order using code AD24.The subscription was £27.96. The code only gave £9.22 off the first months subscription, which is not 50%.I placed a comment on the Facebook ad stating that the code doesn't give 50%, and they deleted my comment twice, of which I have the screenshots. I'm very glad I didn't order. False advertising, unscrupulous methods.

Poor support for changing address after moving home

I moved home recently. The website and the shopify app is delinked. When you changed the address in shopify and website, the only way to change address is to change via website without logging in via shopify. However, there is no clear guidance from the team on how to do so until the product is sent to an old address. Moreover, when you are using shopify and logging into the website, the login process is via shopify automatically. The team was not able to redirect the delivery.

This was resolved, the company was not at fault, I was refunded in full.

The product is ok if expensive, but one of my subscription deliveries didn’t arrive, proof of delivery photo showed somewhere we didn’t recognise, I started making contact within minutes of receiving the delivered notification, to let them know it had not arrived here and had been delivered wrongly, Royal Mail say the sender must contact them, it’s 2 weeks later and I have to keep chasing both Royal Mail and Kudu - all they offer is to discount my next purchase! They used Royal Mail tracked and it got delivered wrongly and they are not chasing it up, they won’t even refund! Not to be trusted.Update - I have now been refunded for the delivery that went astray. I’ve been told they are now chasing Royal Mail so watch this space. Further update - the parcel has been found and had been wrongly placed by the delivery driver. I will get in touch to pay again for the parcel.
