I purchased a product from Funpunch for $60, and it completely failed after just two months of normal use. For something at that price point, I expected much better durability and quality.
What’s even more frustrating is their warranty is only 30 days. After experiencing this, it really makes you question why the guarantee is so short — almost as if they expect issues to arise shortly after that window closes.
When I contacted customer support, they offered me a $12 refund on a $60 product. What exactly does $12 solve when the item is now completely useless? The other option they gave me was to send a replacement part — but only if I cover the shipping cost. I even asked how much shipping would be, and they never responded with a clear answer.
They ended their email by saying they “want to make this right,” yet neither option actually makes this right. If you’re willing to replace the part, why not stand behind your product fully and cover the shipping as well? Asking the customer to pay more money to fix a product that failed prematurely doesn’t feel like good customer service.
Overall, very disappointed in both the product quality and how this situation was handled. I would not recommend based on my experience.
We all love to punch it!!! I really ended up loving to see how many times I can do different counts on each hand. It helps me focus on the punches, and I can feel the workout in my flabby Grandma arms lol. I feel like a little baddy! They also sent me a free replacement suction cup because my puppy chewed it up. He didn't get in any trouble because he's my perfect little ween, and they were very understanding and it arrived quickly. The suction cup sticks to smooth surfaces better than wood, and you can really blast this thing if it's on the right spot. I love the design, it's so addictive!
Terrible Experience: Do Not Buy
This company is a complete joke. We ordered a Christmas gift for our son that cost $55.00 plus $7.00 shipping, and we never received it. They used a delivery service called GOFO that left the package in the mailroom instead of at our door, even though the package clearly had our unit number. Fun Punch repeatedly told us to contact the carrier ourselves. We have pictures showing that the package was delivered to the wrong location. It was stolen and the company refuses to resend it or provide a refund even though the mistake was theirs.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. They offer no help and make you deal with the delivery company directly. It is easy to see why this company has so many bad reviews. This was one of the worst customer experiences we have ever had.
STAY AWAY FROM BUYING FROM FUN PUNCH.
This is a very enjoyable product overall. If anyone is facing difficulties with the device adhering to surfaces, simply try using a glass surface. It performs exactly as advertised, showcasing its resourcefulness, and I am excited to continue training with it in the long run.
Overall, I think it's a worthwhile investment. I attempted to save money with a generic option, but it ended up being a poor decision, leading to a return due to its unsatisfactory performance. While this one does come loose at times and the suction could be improved, I still find it to be a good experience and I'm pleased with my purchase.
I received this as a surprise gift from an unknown sender, and it's been fantastic so far! My son really enjoys it, and I'm finding it quite useful too. It's especially convenient not having to go outside to access the large bag; it fits perfectly on my desk for little tasks.
I have yet to receive my package, which is still in transit. I ordered it before Christmas and I hope it arrives eventually. If it doesn't, I expect a refund because I've spent $60 and haven't received anything yet, yet I'm being asked for a review.
This product could be wonderful if I had actually received it. There has been no customer support available through email or their social media. I strongly advise against this scam. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my kids.
