I placed an order for Trademill running belt. The product on their website says "lifetime warranty" Here it is. The product listing for the order number 555507 says lifetime warranty for $129.99 but my order in the email shows WARRANTY NONE. They accepted the order as if its from their store on Amazon which mentions no lifetime warranty but I placed the order from them directly. I emailed them to correct the order but someone replied and said don't worry about the warranty. I replied to the email and I asked for new , corrected order number showing the accurate description of the item showing lifetime warranty and if they won't correct their error, than they should refund my money. Their customer care team Lauren called, apologized and told me she would fix this by creating a new corrected order from their website showing lifetime warranty. I waited for the new corrected order email but she cancelled the order instead. This is dishonest business practice. I ordered this with Mike on the phone and he mentioned lifetime warranty but my order says NO WARRANTY.I would advice any shoppers to avoid placing order on trademilldoctor. They are not honest and they are deceptive.Update:Update: Here is the email of the order they sent Horizon T101-07 Treadmill Walking Belt Part Number ***-***-**** For Model Number TM1020 Warranty None 1 $129.99 $129.99 Match Amazon Free Shipping Warranty None. All they could have done to fix this is by creating a new order with correct information about the warranty and provide me with a new order number. They didn't want to do this. They said they would do this but they didn't. Lauren told me on the phone she would create a new order with correct information displayed about the warranty but she didn't do it. Don't understand the reason for not fixing this in such an easy way. It seems clear that they didn't have warranty on their product. I wouldn't be writing such reviews if they provided proper customer support and easily handle and fix this the proper way."
Rebook zr10 tredmill was dead, sent board to be repaired and it was with very quick turn around and great price. Great email response before sending, just could of said it’s been repaired and getting send back with the invoice but I can’t complain brilliant service thank you.
Nordictrak bike screen went black and no resetting or rebooting it. After some googling found that control board was likely busted. Found Treadmill Doctor online and used their web chat to contact them. Got a real person (Mike) and not a bot. Mike gave me his email address and once I sent pictures of my bike’s code to him he gave me the right part info. Ordered it Friday from them and it was shipped and delivered to Ireland from the US by Monday morning! Replaced the part and bike back in operation. Excellent service and no issue with the quality of the parts received so far. Note to Irish customers you will have to pay customs fees but this is nothing to do with the Treadmill Doctor!
Nordicktrack tension motor had failed on cross trainer. Didn't have the part number, sent a couple of photos and was able to find the right product part. Great product knowledge, quick communication and fast service and shipping. Highly recommend.
Knowledgeable, helpful, and professional service. Highly recommended. Heads up for Canadians (nothing to do with Treadmill Doctor) my US$169 walking belt ended up costing me CAN$390 after conversion, shipping, and duties. Still worth the money to keep running.Thank you everyone!
