Be warned! The UK team have no care, they don't have the ability to read emails properly, they take a very long time to respond, you have to keep chasing them for answers and they claim customs is nothing to do with them because they have an overseas customs office. Their customs office uses AI to input the details from the commercial invoice into the customs clearance software and they told me no one can manually input the information so when AI is wrong there is no human checking and fixing the problem. They do not say sorry or recognise that they have not read your emails properly instead they point the finger at you. The goods got returned to sender because of their lack of attention to detail, poor processes and carelessness. I will never use this company again, extremely unprofessional.
