Extremely Poor Shipping Experience

I ordered from a company in the UK, and they chose a shipping service that was incredibly unreliable. Initially, they were supposed to pick up my parcel on Tuesday, but it was not collected until Thursday. I was then informed that it would go directly to the port for prompt delivery. However, by Friday, there were no updates on my tracking. When I called, I learned that my items were still in the UK and wouldn’t be shipped until Monday or Tuesday. They promised to call me back but never did. On Monday, I tracked the shipment and saw it was dispatched on Sunday, with an expected arrival in Dublin. When I inquired about paying the duties, they said they would send an invoice via email and that I would receive the shipment on Tuesday. By 4 PM, I still hadn’t received an email, so I called again. The representative informed me that delivery would now be on Wednesday and that I didn’t need to pay duties upfront. Tuesday afternoon came, and I still had no email confirming the delivery time. I called again for updates and was told they would call me back, but instead, I received an email stating my package had missed its sailing and would now arrive on Thursday. I am frustrated because I was told my delivery would be in Dublin by Monday morning. Today is Wednesday, and I have no tracking updates. When I called for assistance, the representative put me on hold and then hung up. I strongly advise against using this service if you need items urgently. I cannot open my business until I receive this shipment, which has caused me to close for an extra week and cancel client appointments.

horrendous service

ordered from a company in uk and they used kuehne + nagel to ship the items to me. First off they were supposed to pick up the parcel on then tuesday and didnt pick it up until 2 days later the thursday then i was told that it had gone straight to the port to be deliver to me as soon as possible. the following day (friday) nothing had been updated on my tracking so i phoned again to see what was happening to be told my items were being held in the uk and werent due to go out until the monday or the tuesday and they were going to see what they could do to get the shipment to me quicker they said they would call me back and never did. monday morning came i tracked the shipment and it said it was dispacthed on the sunday due to arrive to dublin when i called to ask to pay the duties as they stated on the friday they wouldnt be able to deliver the items until they recived the duties payment they said they would be in touch with an invoice via email throughout the day and also that the shipment should be with me tuesday as it was to arrive with them taht morning . i rang again at 4 o clock as i hadnt got an email to see what was happening and the guy on the phone told me that it would be wedenday that they would be delivered and i now didnt have to pay the duties upfront and that i will get a conformation email on tuesday to say the time on wedendsay. tuesfay afternoon came and still no email so i called again (as it state i need someone to be able to help unload the items upon deliver) to see what time the delivery would be wedensday and they said the would call me back. they didnt call back they emailed to say that my package missed there sailing that it was supposed to be on on tuesday morning so now delivery would be thursday. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY DELIVERY BEING IN DUBLIN ON THE MONDAY MORNING. today is wedensday i have recieved no update on my tracking to say my items has came into dublin and when i phone the person on the phone said can i just put you on hold and then hung up on me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU NEED THE ITEMS IN A RUSH. i cant open my business until i recieve this shipment and now i have had to close it for an extra week, let alone canceling clients and messing people around that needs to fit these items for me.

Unprofessional and Unethical Company

I have two open shipments with Kuehne+Nagel that remain undelivered.The sea shipment was scheduled to arrive on 5/12. As of 18/12, K+N is still unable to provide a committed ETA, advising us only to continue waiting.The air shipment was picked up, cleared export customs at origin, and placed into bonded storage on 12/12. On 17/12, we were informed that the cargo had been classified as oversized and that the freight charges would therefore need to be revised.This post-pickup reclassification is unacceptable. Cargo dimensions and handling requirements should have been validated prior to collection and export clearance. Re-rating the shipment at this stage removes our ability to seek alternative solutions and places us in a commercially compromised position.We requested repacking to minimise shipping costs but were advised that the origin office is already closed for the holidays and that repacking can only be carried out in Jan 2026. This is an internal operational constraint and should not be transferred to the customer while the cargo remains under Kuehne+Nagel’s custody.Overall, the handling of both shipments reflects serious service and commercial failures. Revising charges only after goods have been collected creates the perception of cost leverage once cargo is under the forwarder’s control, which we consider commercially and ethically unacceptable.

My order was supposed to arrive by November 8th, but I have received no updates, no tracking transparency, and no contact from their team.I tried reaching out several times — by email and through the seller — and still got no useful information. Their customer service is slow, unresponsive, and unhelpful.Today is my birthday, and instead of receiving my order, I’m wasting time trying to find out where my package is. This is completely unacceptable for a company of this size.Kuehne + Nagel needs to improve communication, respect delivery timelines, and treat customers with professionalism.Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This company lied and delayed telling…

This company lied and delayed telling me that my package was damaged. I called multiple times for an update and was told i would get a call back to confirm where my package was, i never did. After 7 days of calling finally someone told me my package was lost, they would look for it and call back, no call. Finally the supplier confirmed the package was damaged. If they had just been honest in the first place my order could have been resent 10 days ago ensuring we could complete our work for our client, instead this deception has delayed our work costing us 12,000 euros!! For a small business this is huge. Extremely disappointed.

Dodgy credit control

A firm of debt collectors contacted us to chase money on behalf of Kuehne & Nagel. We had never received the invoice and knew nothing about it. After much carry on and a lot of my time, we found out that they had incorrectly typed our email address when they sent the invoice. They claim to have chased us for this outstanding debt but didn't bother to pick up the phone and call us. They must have received error messages because the email doesn't exist, but they ignored those and referred us to a debt collection agency instead. So now we have to pay their fees to. I am angry. If this affects our credit rating there will be serious consequences.

Disappointed with Shipment Delay – Tracking #1065569877Extremely disappointed with this shipment. It was originally supposed to arrive within 7 days, but it’s now been 23 days since the scheduled pickup — and the package is still stuck at a Polish airport.The shipment started in Cracow and has crawled through each stage. As of the latest update (March 28th), it hasn’t even left Poland. No clear communication, no explanation for the delay, and definitely no urgency from the carrier's side.For something that should have been a relatively quick international delivery, this has turned into a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I wouldn't recommend using this service if you’re on any kind of deadline — or if you value reliable delivery at all.
