The pallet's loss caused substantial financial and reputational damage.They did their utmost to avoid responsibility and compensate us for their negligence.Their website assurances of trackability were meaningless in our experience and the CMR document, which they used to hide behind, allows them to do whatever they like with your goods and not face consequences.Horrific experience!
