Terrible customer service. We are an SME who were a customer of K & N for years, the last few months the service has gone downhill at top speed. Multiple emails being ignored, deliveries delayed because advisors have not passed on correct info (and no apology given), requests to speak with management ignored - maybe we don't spend enough with them to receive a response. I get it, you are busy and logistics isn't fun right now - but don't ignore your customers. It takes 5 seconds to send a response. In the last 3 months I have experienced the worst customer service I have seen in 25years, hence - we will no longer use them.
