As a company we decided to give them a try. We gave them all the information they requested, as we have done previously with other transport companies. It was on a next day delivery as the goods were due offshore in the North Sea so had to get to the customers depot. The vehicle arrived 3hrs late and was too small for the load. We got on the phone to K&N and they just kept saying its the right size and if we cannot load it then we will have to cancel the order. This is just a ploy from K&N so they can say you cancelled and still try and charge you.The customer service rep said they can send another the next day however it would be an additional £700 on to of the £900 for the first order. We sent them away and used someone else. The customer service rep has contacted us numerous times to say we are being charged for the cancellation.Just speaking to them highlights they have poorly trained staff who have no experience of how and why you load vehicles in certain ways.Another example of a company with a previously good reputation ruined by lack of good customer service and staff trainingRubbish!
