I ordered a tent from the company on October 25th, and now it’s the end of December without delivery. Since placing my order, they have conducted two separate investigations, each said to take 10–12 days. In both instances, they failed to follow up or provide a resolution, leaving me to chase them for updates. Now, they have stopped responding to my inquiries entirely, ignoring my last two emails. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and stands out as one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve had. Currently, I still do not have the product or a clear explanation of the situation.
