Delivery delays causing frustration

I placed an order for a tent on October 25th, and as of now, it has not arrived. The company initiated two investigations, each meant to take 10–12 days, but they failed to follow up or provide any resolution. I had to reach out each time for updates, and now they have stopped all communication, ignoring my last two emails. This has been a very frustrating experience and ranks among the worst customer service interactions I’ve had. Currently, I still do not have the product or a clear understanding of the situation.

Disappointing quality and service

I am very dissatisfied with both the quality of the product and the warranty process. I bought a jacket, and within two weeks, after only wearing it twice in normal conditions, it showed signs of fabric failure. The jacket was used as intended and not subjected to any misuse. For a brand that positions itself as a premium outerwear company, this level of durability is unacceptable. The customer service dismissed my concerns as 'cosmetic' without a proper investigation, making it feel like a scripted denial. At this price, I expect quality and accountability, which the company failed to provide. If a jacket can’t last two normal wears, then their warranty is meaningless. I will not purchase from them again and advise others to seek alternatives.

Not worth the investment

It’s interesting to see that many reviewers share my sentiments. The company used to be highly regarded, but that’s no longer the case. I ordered a pair of pants that were quite expensive, and I expected high quality. However, they were so thin and poorly made that after just an hour of wear, they looked wrinkled as if I had slept in them. The customer service was unhelpful and showed no willingness to take responsibility or ensure customer satisfaction. I will be avoiding this company in the future.

Extremely poor customer service

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered an expensive jacket during a sale, but the package got lost. After filing a claim, the jacket was rerouted back to the company, taking about three weeks. When I reached out for assistance, they were unwilling to help and suggested I purchase another jacket at full price, refusing to send a replacement. I cannot support a company that treats its customers this way. Their prioritization of profit over proper customer service has lost them my business now and in the future.

Great materials but poor fit

I really wanted to like the jacket I purchased; the materials and construction are excellent. However, the fit is a deal breaker. The shoulders and arms are too tight, which doesn’t suit the intended active use. The company is aware of sizing issues but refused to exchange or refund it, offering no flexibility or acknowledgment of the problem. For a premium brand, I expected better support and a product that allows for movement. Overall, I am disappointed.

Quality issues after minimal use

I bought hybrid pants and after just one outing and one wash, I noticed pilling. Customer service claimed this was normal. I can understand wear over time, but not after a single use. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Lack of response regarding broken product

I emailed about a broken pole on my tent nine days ago and have yet to receive a response, except for a message stating it was forwarded to the warranty team. I have a video showing the tent withstanding strong winds, but it broke while being taken down. With winter approaching, I urgently need this tent.
