Returned my two packages a week befores christmas. According to GLS, they arrived 2 days later in France. Since then I haven't heard anything - it's been 6 weeks now! I've been in touch with customer service, who keeps giving me no respons. Everything is taking forever! Last I heard they would check the tracking details with EShopWorld- that was a week ago. Still haven't heard anything. The respons is, that they are busy handling returns. But they still send me 'deals' on email. Busy selling, and not handling returns ... Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced! I'll be surprised if I ever see my 1500 $ (9.000 DKK) again!
