Loved my rug when it arrived and delivery was fast however it has since she'd horrifically. I contacted Kukoon as I'd hoped it would settle after a couple of months but it hadn't. Having started this process on 22nd December I still have no resolution, I can't get through on the phone but have to wait several days between emails from customer services even when I reply immediately. Often it then seems that reps haven't read the previous emails so send something irrelevant. I'm at the end of my tether with a faulty rug and no solution on the horizon
