Communication was great regarding confirming the order and the delivery was very quick. We are pleased with the rug, it looks lovely in our dining kitchen. It was bought with the underlay and so far so good with it not moving!
Loved my rug when it arrived and delivery was fast however it has since she'd horrifically. I contacted Kukoon as I'd hoped it would settle after a couple of months but it hadn't. Having started this process on 22nd December I still have no resolution, I can't get through on the phone but have to wait several days between emails from customer services even when I reply immediately. Often it then seems that reps haven't read the previous emails so send something irrelevant. I'm at the end of my tether with a faulty rug and no solution on the horizon
We got our rug yesterday shortly after placing the order. We were fortunate to find the one we wanted on sale at a great price. The color matches the online picture perfectly, which was a concern, and the quality is outstanding. After searching for a while for the "right one," we finally found it. We are extremely happy—thank you! We will certainly recommend the service.
