Beautiful rug, delivered quickly, HOWEVER, we paid £50 extra for a non slip underlay that is absolutely useless and far too expensive for what it is.
Laid it as per instructions however it keeps bunching up underneath the rug, thus causing the rug to bunch up which is a trip hazard and needs adjusting several times a day.
Contacted customer service with pictures of our issue, they replied quickly but said it was not a manufacturing
Issue so they could not offer a refund or replacement.
All in all, nice product but don’t bother buying the underlay as it is worse than useless and an insane price for what it is.
