I contacted Kukri to ask for their help replacing a jacket my daughter had not come home with following a recent international trip. They were amazing from the very start, I communicated with them via Instagram and they replied within a few hours max each time. They were able to source another jacket which I was able to purchase and they sent out swiftly - all resolved within a week.
