I haven’t used Kukri before and due to my son starting at a new school, I required all of his sporting kit from Kukri. I was given Niamh’s email address and told to contact her with my order and anything else I may need. Well, I managed to get the order wrong and Niamh was absolutely fantastic in sorting it all out for me. Correspondence with Niamh was brilliant, she kept me abreast of what was happening and also what I needed to do etc. Really good experience of online ordering and this is on large due to Niamh and the knowledge and understanding she has in what I needed.
