I rarely write reviews, but I must express that this was the worst experience I've ever had. The service is dishonest and unprofessional. We received a damaged apartment with a broken heater and unaddressed issues, and despite our complaints, nothing was done to help. They even wrongfully took our deposit, claiming we caused the damage. We had issues with homeless individuals disturbing us at night, and the company did nothing to address our safety concerns. I’ve heard neighbors describe this place as cursed! Please avoid this place; they unlawfully hold deposits and scam money.
