Not a pleasant Experience

Struggled to get in the property, did manage to speak to someone on the phone who helped us get access. Once we was in after the check in time cleaners were still in the apartment carrying our empty beer bottles. They they just chucked bedding into the lounge and we had to put the duvet and pillow covers on ourselves, one set of bedding was still in it packaging from Asda! When we shut the door the handle came off. There was no toilet roll and when we asked the cleaners for some she screamed at me to buy my own. Had I have realised no toilet roll was going to be provided I would have bought some with me. Also the shower did not work and there is a very stagnant smell coming from the bathroom too. The apartment was freezing, the temperature gauge said 23 but the heating was not on at all. Overall the night we spent there was not a pleasant one. The property has the potential to be amazing but it’s just not at that stage. It needs to be clearer on the description too about bringing your own toilet rolls and towels.
