I have reached out multiple times via 6 emails and a message on a social platform regarding a return. The initial email was sent right after placing the order due to selecting the wrong size. I followed up immediately after receiving the item and have sent reminders every few days since then. It has now been a month with no response. The socks are beautiful and of high quality, but they are priced steeply, making it difficult for me to keep them as I only purchased them as a gift. While it may be a small order, I am considering escalating this matter to recover my funds. It's unacceptable for a company to take money without providing a refund option when my actions were in accordance with their policies; this is not lawful.
