I submitted a review a week ago due to the absence of replies to my emails. You responded to my review suggesting I reach out via email, but it seems my messages are being overlooked. Is there an alternative way to get in touch, or am I being misled? Thank you.
I have reached out multiple times via 6 emails and a message on a social platform regarding a return. The initial email was sent right after placing the order due to selecting the wrong size. I followed up immediately after receiving the item and have sent reminders every few days since then. It has now been a month with no response. The socks are beautiful and of high quality, but they are priced steeply, making it difficult for me to keep them as I only purchased them as a gift. While it may be a small order, I am considering escalating this matter to recover my funds. It's unacceptable for a company to take money without providing a refund option when my actions were in accordance with their policies; this is not lawful.
My initial order went smoothly some time back, but my latest order shows as shipped without any functioning tracking. Additionally, I have not received any responses after reaching out to the company through email or their contact form. I've attempted to get in touch several times now. I'm quite frustrated by the lack of communication and the fact that I still haven't received my order.
I placed an order for socks totaling £69.90 on 28.11.25, and the payment was deducted from my account on 29.11.25. However, I have yet to receive the socks or any updates from the company regarding my order. I have reached out via email twice and also sent two messages through their website's messaging service, but have not received any replies.
