Frustrating Experience with Membership and Support

I had a membership set to expire in May 2026. I encountered issues with the app and decided to delete it, but that didn't fix the problem. After deleting my account, I was asked to sign up again and pay more money. This is quite disappointing 😞 Updated after response- I appreciate the reply, but I had already reached out to the customer support team via email, and this was their response. Hello, Thank you for your message. I'm very sorry to hear about this. Since the account has been deleted, all the data linked to your profile is lost, and we cannot take any further action. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore your account.
