I worked with Kure and got no resolution.
I purchased 30 day program at discounted rate $22. When I tried to cancel before auto renewal I couldn’t. I spoke to Kure & they refunded me $10.74, the next day they charged my credit card for $42.99. I explained I cancelled and they told me to enjoy the product for next month. I canceled prior to 30 days and they charged me an additional month at full rate.

This app is helping to sleep better and longer. I am sleeping 6 or more hours. I feel more calm. Idk if it's helping me lose weight. I do know my craving for sugar is down and I did eat less this weekend. So im motivated to continue and see what happens with the weight loss. My anger and lack of concentration is also less. Im feeling better. Maybe I can learn to love me.
The guided meditation / hypnosis sessions I literally lose a pound or more each session. I am on session 7 and I am blown away with how my body is reacting to this. I am getting deep sleep and just feel so relaxed in my journey. 100% recommend!
This app is truly outstanding. I'm beginning to appreciate myself more, and my weight loss journey is progressing alongside my self-love. I appreciate the option to select between a female or male voice for the sessions, and I find the female voice particularly soothing. I simply activate it, and before I know it, I'm drifting off to sleep. It's fantastic to have this resource available without needing to travel to see a therapist, saving me a lot on gas. This hypnosis effectively addresses deep-seated feelings of anxiety and helps you realize that you are deserving of good things, regardless of your past. It works on a fundamental level to promote healing. I even recommended it to my son, hoping he will engage with the alcohol cessation program, as I believe it could benefit him just as much.
The meditation and affirmations are fantastic. I was taken aback one evening when I decided to go to bed a bit earlier and found I had to wait to access day 5 since it hadn't been a full 24 hours. I'm not a fan of that aspect.
I was initially doubtful when I first came across this app. After a few interactions, I decided to give it a try and purchased the experience. I truly enjoy the meditations, and I can feel my cravings for sugar diminishing. I've also started exercising and am five days into my routine. I've always aimed to eat healthily and have mostly succeeded, but my sweet cravings often derail me. Although I haven't lost any weight yet, I feel mentally better. I plan to continue the sessions for the tranquility they provide. I've always enjoyed drinking water, so that part has been easy. It's still early in the process, and I'm looking forward to what lies ahead, hoping the weight loss will follow.
I had a membership set to expire in May 2026. I encountered issues with the app and decided to delete it, but that didn't fix the problem. After deleting my account, I was asked to sign up again and pay more money. This is quite disappointing 😞 Updated after response- I appreciate the reply, but I had already reached out to the customer support team via email, and this was their response. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore your account.
The app does have a somewhat calming effect, though it tends to be repetitive. Unfortunately, the customer support is lacking, making it very difficult to cancel your subscription. There's no phone number available, and the website doesn't facilitate cancellations. I ended up being charged for an unwanted second month, and the only way I could stop it was by placing a hold on my credit card.
I received a timely response. I haven't yet proceeded with the password reset. It would be more convenient to get a password reset rather than uninstalling the program. Where can I provide feedback about the program itself? I prefer the male voice, which isn't available throughout.
