Used it on both my hair ( I have very short hair) and mostly my 7 year old daughter's hair. Wanted to try it because her hair sheds alot and grows at a slower pace. Within a week the shedding got so much less and now her hair doesn't shed much and I also notice hairgrowth and her hair aIso fuller and thicker. Noticed hairgrowth and fuller also with my hair. I use the oil daily( which isn't even neccesary) because I really love seeying the results I am getting. A little does really go a long way. Her hair dries quicky after washing and using the oil on her damp hair makes her hair so soft and managable and stays moisturized because her hair is also normally dry and I love to see how her curls comes alive. I ordered 2 jars and just only finnished the first one and I already purchased and recieved my 2nd order. I was skeptical at first but now I can honestly say I am loving the results.
