Kuri Nuka you are using other peoples videos that have NOTHING to do with your product and scamming people with it. I just saw TikTok User beautosal's video that shows that you are using her video that has nothing to do with Batana Oil and scamming people into thinking they used your product. Your product is from China and you are scamming everyone with your fake ads! This is highly unethical!
I contacted this company 2 days after I placed my order to cancel the order. I no longer was interested in purchasing the product. No response. After receiving the product I have contacted them multiple times for info on how to return. Its been nearly 3 weeks and they have not responded. Poor customer service. I do not support this company. In order to return their product they require you to use the product for 60 days. What kind of foolishness is that? How are you going to force me to use anf keep your product. They have no phone number for you to contact them. You are at the mercy of them responding to your email, which they wont. Better Business Bureau and who ever else I need to report them to here I come.
I have ordered batana oil over 3 weeks ago. My order number is #42067KN and despite numerous emails, all i have received is the free hair brush - not the oil. I am disappointed as i have never experience such bad service. Just communicate and tell me what is going on. Or just refund my money!
I ordered once and after 6 weeks still didn’t receive anything. No respons on my messages. After I put a review the respons was there immediately. Now I wrote again 3 messages in 4 weeks time line, still again no answer. I found it hard to believe if this is real or not! The service and responding time is VERY VERY bad!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I was really excited to try this product, but I’m now not so sure anymore as it’s become a headache to deal with. It’s now been almost four weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received it. The company initially promised to provide an update or resolution within 12–24 hours, but it has now been four days with no response — and they have also ignored my follow-up email. The tracking has shown “in transit” since 6th October with no movement. This level of communication and delay is unacceptable.I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication is very disappointing. Following the reply below from Maya at Kuri Nuka; I have just emailed the order number and my full name and have received the same email response as before “ which says We aim to respond within 12 to 24 hours with an update or resolution”. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I placed my ordered more than 3 weeks ago and still haven't received any products, I have sent emails and have not received a response and the tracker says the goods are in transit with no confirmation of when they will arrive, I was really looking forward to using the peoduct😤
I just received my replacement order from Kuri Nuka. The first order was lost due to incorrect shipping address. As soon as Sab became aware of the problem, he responded right away. He reached out to me with sincere apologies and even added complimentary products to my original order.Everything arrived in good order, and I could tell immediately, upon opening it that this is very high quality pure Batana oil. I look forward to being a long time client.
For a moment I thought this Batana oil isn’t real until I received it. I shared it to my sister and we both using it. It’s a very powerful product, it smells like coffee omg! I love it and will recommend this everyday, however their customer service is great! I’ll come back for more! Thank you Kuri Nuka
