Customer service is appalling.l, which is a shame because it seems a decent product. There is no way whatsoever of actually speaking to a human being regarding a dispute. An amount of £111.30 was taken by Kurk.life from my account. This was apparently a subscription which I had no knowledge of, nor could I find any communication from Kurk.life.Several emails in, I am no nearer a solution and appear to be going round in circles.After reading previous reviews it would appear that I am not alone in experiencing this problem.
