Very unhappy with the customer service of Kurk - talk at kurk.au. Have written to them twice to kindly request to cancel a repeat subscription that costs me $280 AUD with zero response (wrote to them before it was shipped and after it was shipped, and Ive had zero response- apart from notification that they have shipped the order). Beyond frustrating for such an expensive product.

Customer service is appalling.l, which is a shame because it seems a decent product. There is no way whatsoever of actually speaking to a human being regarding a dispute. An amount of £111.30 was taken by Kurk.life from my account. This was apparently a subscription which I had no knowledge of, nor could I find any communication from Kurk.life.Several emails in, I am no nearer a solution and appear to be going round in circles.After reading previous reviews it would appear that I am not alone in experiencing this problem.
Their subscription is unnecessarily complicated to cancel. They do not provide any warning that your subscription is about to renew. Despite its sitting as a pending on your account they claim that it’s already been processed and can no longer refund It.
I’ve been using the full KURK lineup (all three products) for three months now, and the difference is night and day. As someone who runs high mileage, my biggest struggle has always been the "heavy leg" feeling and the long downtime between hard sessions.Since starting this routine, my recovery time has sped up significantly. I’m no longer waking up with lingering stiffness; instead, I feel energized and ready to tackle my next run much sooner than I used to. It feels like my body is finally keeping up with my training goals.If you’re an athlete looking for a natural way to boost your energy and bounce back faster, I cannot recommend the full KURK set enough. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my daily ritual!
I was skeptical at first when taking Kirk but I can honestly say it’s been a life changer. I was always nodding off when reading books to my children but a good indicator is that I don’t anymore. Day to day I have much more energy. Don’t get me wrong I have the odd days where I’m tired but that’s life 😂. Colds and bugs have always knocked me back each autumn and winter but so far the house has been stuck down with one and I’ve had no issues which can be down to Kurk. Yes it’s a higher price range but it works! I will be buying more when my first batch runs out.
No complaints nor high praise with the product. I have been using it for a year. I haven’t noticed any significant changes. Nothing has improved and nothing has gotten any worse. My complaint is with the website and customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances I could no longer afford items not of necessity, I cancelled my subscription months ago. This morning I wake up and see confirmation of an order for $170.54. I immediately reach out and say i cancelled subscription. I sent them a screenshot showing no active subscription. They replied saying it’s not cancelled on their end so the order stands. They offer to push next delivery out or cancel the subscription now but I will not be refunded my $170.54. I will not be renewing in future.
This is my 1000% honest review from my own experience.I have lots of body pain (back, knees etc..) I’m in remission have beaten cancer & been through treatments. I bought KURK because of its glowing reviews. I took it diligently every day without fail for 3 months mixed with my Amazonia & Vital green all in one…NOTHING! not even 1% change; so the 100% positive 5 star reviews are Puzzling. Curcumin didn’t benefit me before but KURK was described as different like magic..but it is not.
