No complaints nor high praise with the product. I have been using it for a year. I haven’t noticed any significant changes. Nothing has improved and nothing has gotten any worse. My complaint is with the website and customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances I could no longer afford items not of necessity, I cancelled my subscription months ago. This morning I wake up and see confirmation of an order for $170.54. I immediately reach out and say i cancelled subscription. I sent them a screenshot showing no active subscription. They replied saying it’s not cancelled on their end so the order stands. They offer to push next delivery out or cancel the subscription now but I will not be refunded my $170.54. I will not be renewing in future.
