❗️Terrible shopping experience – frustrated and stuck with uncomfortable shoes. Never again❗️ I had high hopes for these shoes. Spent a significant amount on a pair that looked appealing in the store. I wore them just once – literally for a short outing – and the discomfort began almost immediately. One shoe (just one) digs in so intensely it feels like walking on nails. It's unbearable to wear. It seems like a clear manufacturing issue, rubbing in the worst spot.
I returned to the store today expecting an easy exchange or refund. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was entirely unhelpful – essentially shrugged and said, “once it’s sold, that’s it, even if it’s the following day and clearly defective.” No apology, no attempt to inspect the shoe, no suggestion to escalate the matter. Just a firm refusal.
£190 wasted on shoes that I can’t even wear without experiencing pain. Extremely disappointing from a company that promotes “kindness” so much. Steer clear of this store if you value customer service or peace of mind. Terrible shopping experience – frustrated and stuck with uncomfortable shoes. Never again.
