I order online all the time and never experience something like this. I was sent two different shoe sizes and I didn't realize until I wore the item. I ordered my boots in October but didn't wear them until February and I can't even enjoy the product. How do you send someone two different shoe sizes? And because it's outside of 30-days, they refuse to help me. I don't want my money back, I just want to enjoy the product. I'm in disbelief that the company won't even help me because this is a different type of situation. I will never order from them again, I'm so disappointed.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

My wife ordered a pin as a gift for a colleague for Christmas. We received the package the day before Christmas Eve, but it only contained the order receipt, a return sticker, and an empty bag—no pin at all. When she reached out to the company, they claimed the package weighed one pound, so they wouldn't issue a refund or send a replacement. This is frustrating, as it's well known that a delivery service can't handle packages under a pound without something inside. We feel let down by a company that seems more focused on profit than customer satisfaction. If you're considering placing an order with them, I would advise against it; you might end up feeling cheated.

My first order from this platform will also be my last. I had a terrible experience with a brand that aims to compete with top fashion retailers. ❗️Terrible shopping experience – frustrated and stuck with uncomfortable shoes. Never again❗️ I had high hopes for these shoes. Spent a significant amount on a pair that looked appealing in the store. I wore them just once – literally for a short outing – and the discomfort began almost immediately. One shoe (just one) digs in so intensely it feels like walking on nails. It's unbearable to wear. It seems like a clear manufacturing issue, rubbing in the worst spot.
I returned to the store today expecting an easy exchange or refund. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with was entirely unhelpful – essentially shrugged and said, “once it’s sold, that’s it, even if it’s the following day and clearly defective.” No apology, no attempt to inspect the shoe, no suggestion to escalate the matter. Just a firm refusal.
£190 wasted on shoes that I can’t even wear without experiencing pain. Extremely disappointing from a company that promotes “kindness” so much. Steer clear of this store if you value customer service or peace of mind. Terrible shopping experience – frustrated and stuck with uncomfortable shoes. Never again.

Completely unacceptable experience. My order, which was intended as a gift with guaranteed delivery before December 23, was lost during shipping. Even after weeks without any tracking updates, they refuse to take action. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it's now December 26. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, they have not responded or taken responsibility. I asked for a refund due to their failure to deliver, but it’s now too late—there will be no one at the address to accept it even if they resend the item. After numerous efforts to resolve this directly, they have chosen to ignore me. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. Their customer support is extremely disappointing.

Beware: Misleading Shipping Promises

Beware: I placed an order on December 21st, believing the website's claim that orders made by 11:59 PM would arrive by Christmas. I ordered at 6:30 PM and even paid extra for two-day shipping. The package didn't ship until December 23rd and is now expected to arrive around December 29th. This has ruined my daughter's Christmas gift. It's incredibly disappointing. I advise against trusting the website's claims and suggest avoiding the extra shipping fee.

Extremely disappointing support experience.

Extremely disappointing support experience. I placed an order on the 2nd of December and was informed it would arrive by the 11th. However, it still hadn't shipped by that date. There’s no way to reach a human representative, only an AI support system. I inquired about changing the shipping address, as their shipping partner indicated that only the shipper could do this. The AI assistant assured me it was being handled. When I followed up, the assistant stated it couldn’t be done and eventually, the parcel would be returned to them for a refund. It was frustrating throughout the entire process.
