I placed my order over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. When I ordered, I was promised delivery before Christmas, which is now clearly a joke—this was meant to be a gift. The support team needs improvement; their responses feel automated and lack any real assistance or explanation. I strongly advise against using this service.
