My Apogees were too small and I needed help with sizing. I didn’t want to have to return another pair if I didn’t get it right. I texted the number that came in the email. Mindee was very helpful even though it was after hours. She gave me examples/ways to check to help me decide between a half or whole size. She offered me the exchange and took care of it all in our text thread. It was perfect and I’ll be sad if the shoes don’t work out just because of that level of customer service. My feet KILL me while on shift, I often have to take breaks just to make it through the day. My fingers are crossed for Kuru to be the last stop on my journey to relief! Thank you!
