I've ordered various types of tea, and I've noticed that some of the teas I receive seem similar to others I've had before, despite different names. They have the same appearance and aroma. For instance, the orange apricot I received was indistinguishable from a previous mac variety I had on hand. Additionally, I ordered rough and small strains, but what I got was damp with a mildew smell and a chemical taste. I didn't reach out to the support team because I know I'd be asked to return it, and I lack the vacuum sealer they use. I'm not willing to risk an unpleasant experience at my local post office. This dampness issue was common with earlier batches but had been okay until recently. It's really hit or miss; some strains are fantastic and as described, while others are far from what was advertised. It's disappointing to spend over 300 a month only to feel like I'm taking a gamble with each order. Many customers likely rely on this service for their medical needs, and it's disheartening to feel misled about certain products.
