WOW! I can't believe I got what I asked for!! Thought I was going to get scammed 😂. Best thing that's ever happened to me, and I'm a dad 😂. Never thought I'd have a quality tea like the grape fuel I received today. Thank you so much kushte, you've not made my day, you've made my whole life, sincerely youre new best customer ☺️.
This website has taken £60.00 from my account, but has not fulfilled my order.
No email confirmation, not any acknowledgement of the order, and no response from customer services.
My first order was fine, but on the second order, they just took my money and didn't fulfil the order.
I wish I had read through the previous reviews properly (and not just the first few on the page), as I can see other users have had this exact same problem.
THIS WEBSITE IS TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY WITHOUT FULFILLING THE ORDERS.

1. You should state that clearly on your website.
2. What kind of crappy customer service is that?
Basically, your customer service is unavailable for 2 and a half days a week. Very poor.
Anyway, I guess we'll see tomorrow whether you've done anything by way of apology for your poor customer service.
sent me the wrong package and now no one is replying to emails or instagram dm..im sure the guy that got my package will be laughing his head off I got his x1 3.5 of and he he got my x3 3.5 ...I am a first time customer lets see if they resolve it ..i have sent all the proof to your info@ email address ******EDITED*******

I've been ordering from Kushte for a few months now - quality products at a good price , very reliable and very fast postage turnaround...customer service is great too.
Used boodil checkout to payment and glitched so had to email with proof of purchase to rectify the order but i did get a reply within 24hours both apologising and rectjfying the issue at the same time only got 3.5mac10# because i thought the site was a scam but was delivered this morning and im blown away by the quality , flavour
There are serious issues with the product quality being sent out. My previous review was taken down, likely because they want to keep this information from the public. I'm even promoting them now as part of an ad campaign. It's quite ironic.
I've been using the service for several months now. The quality of strains has varied, but it has improved over time. I've ordered various types of tea, and I've noticed that some of the teas I receive seem similar to others I've had before, despite different names. They have the same appearance and aroma. For instance, the orange apricot I received was indistinguishable from a previous mac variety I had on hand. Additionally, I ordered rough and small strains, but what I got was damp with a mildew smell and a chemical taste. I didn't reach out to the support team because I know I'd be asked to return it, and I lack the vacuum sealer they use. I'm not willing to risk an unpleasant experience at my local post office. This dampness issue was common with earlier batches but had been okay until recently. It's really hit or miss; some strains are fantastic and as described, while others are far from what was advertised. It's disappointing to spend over 300 a month only to feel like I'm taking a gamble with each order. Many customers likely rely on this service for their medical needs, and it's disheartening to feel misled about certain products.
I've ordered over eight different strains, and each one has matched the description perfectly. Impressed with the variety available; I can select exactly the type I need, whether Hybrid, Indica, or Sativa, along with my preferred terpene profile. Huge thanks to the team!
