This website has taken £60.00 from my account, but has not fulfilled my order.
No email confirmation, not any acknowledgement of the order, and no response from customer services.
My first order was fine, but on the second order, they just took my money and didn't fulfil the order.
I wish I had read through the previous reviews properly (and not just the first few on the page), as I can see other users have had this exact same problem.

Basically, your customer service is unavailable for 2 and a half days a week. Very poor.
