When I tried to return it on 12/30 for a smaller size, my request was denied due to their strict 21-day return policy, which lacks any holiday exceptions even for exchanges. It seems they expect customers to overlook such a ridiculous policy and end up stuck with ill-fitting items. This indicates a lack of care for customer satisfaction. I won’t be spending my money here again, which is unfortunate because I used to like their clothes.
