What kind of retailer promotes Black Friday deals knowing that gifts will be bought for Christmas, yet the return period ends before the gifts are even opened? It's absurd!
I requested a gift from them for Christmas, purchased on 11/7. When I tried to return it on 12/30 for a smaller size, my request was denied due to their strict 21-day return policy, which lacks any holiday exceptions even for exchanges. It seems they expect customers to overlook such a ridiculous policy and end up stuck with ill-fitting items. This indicates a lack of care for customer satisfaction. I won’t be spending my money here again, which is unfortunate because I used to like their clothes.
My wife tried on a pair at a local store and found a better price from the brand's website. On 11/23, she ordered two pairs for Christmas in the size she tried, but they arrived 1-2 sizes too large. Their policy states the return period starts from delivery, while the representative claimed it began from the order date. With no options available, it would have been better to flush $200 down the drain than to deal with this. Their practices feel predatory and unethical. This brand is a total letdown.

AVOID ONLINE PURCHASES, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Like many others, my experience buying directly from them was disappointing. I own several pairs of their jeans and loved them previously. However, after ordering a pair that I had owned before, I encountered issues. After wearing them a few times, the fabric began to fray and pull away from a seam, revealing a manufacturing defect. This was not due to normal wear; it happened after washing. When I reached out for a replacement, I was informed it was past the 21-day return window, and they could do nothing. I had owned them for just over a month, which isn’t long. I didn’t want a refund; I simply wanted an exchange or credit towards a new pair. Paying nearly $100 should guarantee better quality. I will still buy their products, but only from a store where I can return items within a reasonable timeframe if there’s a defect. DO BETTER! This is a significant investment, and they need to support their products, not just dismiss customers with a “nothing we can do” response. 21 days is not sufficient to determine if something is defective, which is why most retailers offer longer time frames.
The website states that the return processing fee is $8.95, but I was charged $10.95 from my refund. When I inquired, they claimed their policy had changed, despite the website not being updated. I felt this was misleading. They only offered to give me the full amount as store credit, but I wanted a cash refund.
Buyer beware: DO NOT PURCHASE! I ordered a pair of jeans that arrived too large, and I wanted to return them. I have contacted customer service three times to initiate the return process, but nobody has responded. Their online return portal is non-functional, so I’m stuck. I will NEVER order online from this brand again.
