When we tried to return or exchange them, customer service lines were disconnected through New Year’s, and the email response stated there was no option to return past their inadequate 21-day window, with no holiday extensions. Their policy states the return period starts from delivery, while the representative claimed it began from the order date. With no options available, it would have been better to flush $200 down the drain than to deal with this. Their practices feel predatory and unethical. This brand is a total letdown.
