I am writing to share my recent experience with Kuwait Airways, particularly during my flight from Kuwait to Dhaka.While my journey from Milan to Kuwait was satisfactory in terms of service, I encountered some concerning issues on the subsequent leg of my trip. Firstly, the aircraft appeared to have maintenance issues, raising concerns about passenger safety.More notably, the conduct of the cabin crew was less than satisfactory. I understand that dealing with passengers can be challenging, especially if some are unfamiliar with air travel etiquette. However, I observed a consistent lack of professionalism among the majority of the air hostesses on this particular flight.In any situation, cabin crew members are expected to maintain composure, extend courtesy, and handle interactions with passengers in a calm and respectful manner. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent journey. Many of the air hostesses exhibited rude behavior, including shouting and screaming at passengers.I believe that providing additional training to the cabin crew would greatly benefit the overall passenger experience. Training in customer service, effective communication, and conflict resolution could contribute to a more positive atmosphere on your flights.It is crucial to treat all passengers with equal respect and ensure that the cabin crew represents the values of Kuwait Airways.
