Allowing gamstop registered players to deposit and play.
Being registered on gamstop due to being a serious problematic gambler I was able to log into my account and deposit the past 7 days with no concerns or issues. Even on verification page it stated no identification needed.
My account details matched details registered with gamstop which should have raised concerns but I was still able to continue using my account.
I was the one to email kwiff stating all issues above and all they done was just freeze account instead of blocking account and ask for identification which I have sent and had no reply.
This company does not care about safer gambling they just want your money.
Stay away from this site and use someone more responsible with safer gambling.
If no email reply from kwiff in 7 days with a resolution I will be taking legal actions to highlight serious concerns and to stop this happening to further players with serious gambling addictions

Now getting accused of misleading kwiff when signing up.
On my account it shows mobile number which is registered with gamstop along with other details that are registered with gamstop. If you check all accounts on every log in then why wasn’t it picked when I was logging in all day everyday for past 7 days.
I have sent all gamstop and identification information to your help email address titled manager review and had no reply.
