After winning my bet and attempting to withdraw, I received an email stating that my withdrawal was unsuccessful and that I needed to provide a PDF bank statement. I complied, but after 24 hours, I still hadn't received a response, and the live chat support was unhelpful. It's frustrating to see so many glowing reviews when my experience has been quite the opposite. I hope to see some acknowledgment of these issues from the service.
