Opened an account, completed all the KYC immediately with proof of ID and address.
They immediately shut my account for no apparent reason, and wouldn't tell me why.
Obviously their terms allow them to do this but it is a terrible experience and very weird behaviour.
Anyway, having googled it seems this is par for the course with them so maybe I dodged a bullet.
I will take my money elsewhere.
EDIT: total nonsense reply from Kwiff. A bunch of non-specified "red flags" that their "system" found - this is borderline defamation frankly. I have a perfect credit score, provided all of the proof of ID and address immediately on account opening. Just a very poor excuse. Also convenient how after my negative review they have conveniently discovered these red flags when previously on live chat they would give no reason at all for the account closure. This is all just completely made up to try and justify Kwiffs awful service and rude customer support. These false accusations of "red flags" would be funny if they weren't so disgraceful. Definitely avoid this company...if they are this bad at the start of the relationship imagine what they will be like when you try to withdraw winnings 😬
