Deserve o stars. Booked in my mercedes c63 AMG for an MOT. Turned up only to be told ramp had broken and they lied that they were trying to get hold of me to rearrange. Rearrange two days before expiry which was disappointing. The mot tester is very unprofessional and unnecessarily suggested shocker light oil mist when no oil was evident. The dealership confirmed it's only a worker smudge from years gone by and gave me piece of mind. Evidently this demonstrates he was trying to create work for the garage. Remember there bread and butter is shocks and tyres. Avoid if you want to be seen on BBC watchdog with these cowboys. Nathan who I presented a MOT voucher for unprofessionally in front of customers questioned where I got these from. It was from damage he had caused to a previous mercedes steering wheel. Enough said!
