I visited Kwik Fit at Manchester Road Bolton. I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. I had a puncture even tho they were extremely busy a man took my details I didn’t realise he was the manager hammad qureshi wat a polite efficient young man he sorted it ultra quick his customer service skills are second to none wat a great ambassador to the Kwik fit company Kathy
I’m disabled so rely on my car to get me around so I got in my car this morning and it showed on the dashboard low tyre pressure in one of the tyres I am a motability customer so I rang around a few kwik fit’s and I came across Altrincham and spoke to Kyle I asked whether or not they could check my tyres today and he replied they didn’t have any appointments but if I was willing to wait they would try and fit me in I needed it doing today if possible as I was going on holiday tomorrow so I turned up and only waited about half a hour and it turned out I had a puncture there was nail in the tyre they sorted it swiftly no hassle no stress and were extremely efficient and polite and very helpful a true knight in shining armour and saved the day and more importantly my holiday ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
Would like to write a review about Ryan at worksop store I've been using this kwik fit for many years and this past couple of weeks I've visited it's been so smoothly done he's got fantastic people skills and I could just tell he was the manager with the way he handled everything and amazing to see a team work so well as I left yesterday I asked his name again as I had forgotten and just wanted to say all the times I've been put off for even ringing to book in won't be happening again he's a credit to the store lovely lad !!

LYNTON ROAD - On same day, I called, explained I had a puncture, receptionist said to turn up and they'll get me in. I turned up only to be told no one knew! And may went to wrong garage. Despite showing the number I called was in fact their garage. I DON'T EXPECT TO BE LIED TO!
GREAT WESTERN WAY - The gentlemen here are all 100% dedicated to their job and the service they provide. Whilst waiting for an emergency 1 tire replacement to my (company) car, they were polite throughout.
All the fitters here, again were professional and caring for my needs.
From the moment I walked in to collecting my car, again, another Kwik-Fit, I am very impressed and will ensure all go to this garage here in Swindon.
I believe, all the other (Kwik-Fit garages) are not of the same calibre.

My car was booked in for 13:30. I dropped it off approximately 15 minutes early and left. When I returned at around 15:30, my car was still parked in the same place and had clearly not been worked on. The work was not completed until 17:00. The oil change service was misleading, poorly managed, and incomplete. When I started the car, the dashboard was still displaying the warning message ‘Oil service and inspection now!’. I will definitely not be using Kwik Fit again.
Every-time I've ever used Kwik Fit in Hove the service has been absolutely dreadful. Basically, they ask that I drop my car off first thing (which I do) and then my car sits outside their garage on the forecourt until the end of the day without being touched. The excuse I get is 'we have been really busy'. So I've been inconvenienced without having my car for the whole day having to walk around in the rain, to then find out that KwikFit didn't even look at it even though it was booked in! On a previous visit when the same happened, they asked me to leave it another day, and then the same happened.
I do find them their booking system to be absolutely useless and the words piss up and brewery come to mind!!!!
We went into Kwik -Fit today in Caterham with what we thought was a slow puncture. An hour later they had determined it was a leaky valve. So around £6 to rectify not a new run flat tyre! So incredibly pleased with their professional help. Chuffed to bits with the price. Will definitely recommend!
Leaving a review regarding there services for mobile tyre fitting we had a appointment for Sunday booked 5 days in advance so waited in all day to be called to be told 5 mins for our appointment that’s there not turning up I asked why didn’t you tell me this morning or midday and I could have taken it to a fitting station there reason was they couldn’t get to the stock ???? Even tho five days be for said it’s in stock and we’ve booked you in - this is the 3rd time we’ve used there noble fitting and not turned up and also using the same excuse we are a large corporate firm due to there slackness have has to know move to another company not only there our vehicle supplier leasing firm after calling them wasn’t even surprised need I say any more companies cars need to be mobile hence the 5 day prior booking

After calling the local center and asked if our tire was at the center and was told yes it here and also in stock ????
If you’re going to lie make sure it’s a good one and let other members of staff catch you out …..
The actual real reason was after speaking to the guy at the local center after he asked a few questions was it’s Sunday he’s mostly likely gone home and blagged not coming to you

Absolutely appalling customer service, I was booked in for 4 new tyres and they phoned me on Sunday to tell me it would have to be cancelled for Monday and earliest next fitting was Thursday so I demanded a refund, when I booked for an appointment prior to this I turned up at the branch and they didn’t have my tyres delivered, seems others have had similar experience, they take your money and don’t do the job all whilst making a weeks interest on it, good scam. So angry as I took a day off work for this.
Needed a puncture repair, so tried to ring my local Worle, Weston-super-Mare Branch to book the car in. After 6 attempts in 1 hour, NOBODY answered!, even after letting the phone ring and ring until it rang off. I gave up and went elsewhere, as there is no excuse for the phone not being manned. Bad business organisation in my book.
